Moulard ducks are raised on a diet of vegetable and grains with no growth hormones. Their Moulard ducks produce the finest, meatiest and largest duck breast on the markets, known as Magret.


 

 

Hudson Valley Aged Magret Duck Breasts are whole Moulard duck breasts, skin-on, aged over 7 days. Larger than any other duck breast with wonderful steak overtones and a deep red color. 2-piece package, Approximately 2 lbs.
