Description
Description
Miyazaki A5 is from Japanese Black cattle, and raised in Miyazaki prefecture, Miyazakigyu has become known for its snowflake-like marbling. In order to qualify as Miyazakigyu, cattle must be born and raised in Miyazaki Prefecture and graded A4 and above.
Miyazakigyu has won the “Wagyu Olympics” in 2007 and 2012 which is the first time in the history of the tournament that a brand has been able to win consecutive awards. An impressive marbling is the essence of this type of beef, with a smoothness and mellow richness that cannot be found in other species. Very juicy yet elegant, it melts in you mouth the second you bite it like butter, delivering a culinary experience like no other in the world.
Try it with caviar and foie gras and enjoy at home an experience found only at the best restaurants in the world.
Every A5 product comes with a certification of authenticity.
