How long will my frozen products be safe?
If kept at a steady freezing temperature, our premium beef selections can last up to 18 months. Seafood selections can last up to 9 months.
When can I expect my order?
Orders placed Monday- Thursday before 8 a.m. EST will arrive the following business day. Saturday delivery is only available for most residential addresses.
How will you ship my order?
We use UPS for fresh and frozen orders packed in a styrofoam cooler with dry ice or ice gel packs.
Do you ship to every state?
Yes! We ship to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
Can I change the address once the order is placed?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org we will be happy to assist you in changing your address. Keep in mind that if the order has already been shipped, no changes can be made.
Can I place an order and send it to a loved one as a gift?

How can I get a refund?
